a jewel in the city's heart
spacious studio complete utensils washing machine friendly staff
the studio felt spacious, quite a treat when i think of other places. it included every single thing we could possibly need, like a perfect home away from home. i especially loved the washing machine, it was just so convenient after a long day of adventures. the hotel staff were so friendly.
The television placement was a bit odd. It was on the wall in the kitchen, not facing the bed, a minor inconvenience.

the kitchen came fully equipped, amazing, with utensils ready for any culinary adventure i dared to dream. numerous restaurants and convenience stores near, offering options for every mood.

the rubbish was cleared with delicate care on the daily, ensuring a pristine environment always embraced us. bathroom amenities are refilled regularly, a true testament to their commitment. the concierge was attentive to our needs, always available and helpful.

some issues during stay
broken air conditioning lack of windows
The building was super clean. The front desk was staffed by very friendly hotel reps.
the air conditioning wasn't properly working after the first night, so the room became very hot. there weren't any windows i could open either. this made it quite uncomfortable, especially trying to sleep.

some issues with stay
tv placement unresponsive staff
The tv placement in the room was not ideal. It was mounted on the wall next to the bed. Viewing it from the couch was the only option. also. The staff didn't seem all that responsive. I filled out the pre-check-in form, but it looked no one actually read it. Getting answers required a phone call.

convenient station full kitchen restocked amenities unread form odd tv annoyed staff
The location worked out well. It was not too far from farringdon station, convenient! i walked to many attractions like covent garden and hyde park. the kitchen had everything i needed, and there was even a washing machine, how awesome? bathroom amenities were restocked daily. rubbish was cleared, too
Before check-in, i was sent a form to fill out. i thought it would speed things up, but i think they didn't read it! the staff seemed a little annoyed whenever i had a question. But one lady was lovely and helpful. i found the tv placement in the room odd because it was on the wall beside the bed so i could only watch it from the couch.
